Deliveries take 3 – 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (exclude weekends & Bank Holidays) Deliveries are free for orders all over the UK.

Return and Refund Information

We are happy to accept any return dress that doesn’t fit your need! If you want to return or exchange any dress, please make sure that … – the dresses are unworn and unwashed – the dresses all still have the HSANA tags attached – there is no make up stains. We have arranged a super easy way to return any unwanted dresses. If you use this method there will be a charge (unless otherwise stated on your Delivery note) You can also return them using your own method although you’ll have to arrange this yourself.
